Listening to the Gourley & Rust podcast, and coincidentally enough one of them was showing mad love for s2. Very random

 

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't go so far as mad love, but it had more strengths than I remembered from back when it originally aired. Some of the flaws didn't bother me as much this time around, but many of them were just as bad as I remembered.

 

I wouldn't mind a True Detective season written by anyone else for a change. might be refreshing

How was S3

 

I liked Season 3 a lot. For me, it wasn't quite as good as Season 1, but it was a vast improvement over Season 2.

 

A little better than decent.

Just the performances from Mahershala Ali, Carmen Ejogo, Stephen Dorff and Scoot McNairy alone bump S3 way up past just decent for me.

 

i very much enjoyed S3 - very few complaints.

 

Season three was good, but it didn't end up being as memorable as the first.

 

this series is great. Long may it live.

 

recently got over my hate for S2.

 

Season 2 is a good comedy. Ass pen
