I will be honest if they didn't cast Jared Leto I would at least be 50% more interested in this (compared to my current 0% interest).

The NIN score and some of the effects do seem pretty cool, but none of that matters if I have to watch that talentless hack on screen for 120 minutes.

One of the dumbest casting choices in recent memory.

Just saw it…probably the best Tron film but that’s not a high bar. Music and visuals are A+ and Greta Lee fucking rules in this. Sucks that Leto is here but he doesn’t detract from it. Maybe 6.5/10?

Thought this was aggressively okay. I’m a huge Tron Legacy ride or die, so I wanted to love this, but it just left me wanting more. Hate Leto, thought Lee was good and wish we got more of Peters. Visuals and the NIN score were definitely the highlight of the whole thing.

Will likely see this again removed from any hype or expectations to see if I like it a bit more.

The jet ski scene was a visual highlight, as was the 80s grid.

the 80s grid was beautiful. I loved all of the grid stuff in the real world too, thought the motorcycle chase was pretty awesome too.

This was pretty dumb, but worth it for the theatrical experience and Lee. Peters looked like he was happy he escaped Ryan Murphy jail for several hours. Script was pure dogshit. Every line was one that’s been overused in 100 action movies. Nothing interesting about the journey at all. But the 3-D and score were good.

Ugh is the 3D worth it? I’m probably going to see it tomorrow because my wife is busy all morning and I have nothing to do.

Yeah, if you’re gonna see it, do it in 3-D.

The 3D was actually done really well for this. The first 90 secs are very intense graphically, kind of gave me motion sickness for a moment but then it normalizes. The light cycle scenes look incredible in 3D.

Might need to go see this a second time just to see it in 3D.
