How Did This Get Made?'s Trap episode just dropped today.

 

I thought that podcast covered bad movies

 

Paul and June's conceit is that it is a very enjoyable and fun bad movie.

 

well 2/3 ain't bad

 

They’re right to do so.

 

They cover all kinds of movies. They do all the fast and furious movies and those are all 10/10.

I think like F&F it's a tradition for them to do an episode on every M Night film soon after it's released regardless.

 

There are so many F&F movies that aren't even close to tens

 

all of them, even

 

They're having a lot of fun with the idea that this entire concert with multiple long intermissions somehow ends at like 4PM in broad daylight.

 

Yeah true some of the fast and furious movies are better than 10/10

 

Isn't there a throwaway line (maybe even ADR?) that mentions that Lady Raven added a matinee show that day?

 

They mention that. They also have a theory that M Night did that because it's cheaper to shoot during the day because it requires less expensive lighting.

 

Oh yeah, that's for sure the practical reason.

 

The only 10/10 F&F are the first and Tokyo Drift.

Them talking about how Lady Raven becomes Colombo in the third act kinda makes me want a Lady Raven spinoff TV series where she is a pop star who travels the country solving crimes.
