i am just blown away by how batshit these movies have gotten. i cant believe just....fuck i cant even type what im feeling lol. merlin had the help of the god damn transformers and they helped in WWII and jesus christ just typing it makes me laugh.

the fucked up part is i want to see this movie again

 

Sometimes you need ridiculous movies you feel like you're imagining

 

I expected the same joke for the third time, the beginning got me thinking it was going to be real............but then I was tricked again.

 

I'm just wait for the one where they do the gag and then there actually is a review afterward. lol

 

I skipped through all 50+ mins of it checking for something else lol.

 

I often wonder if I'd tolerate these movies more if the transformers had better designs. I appreciate that they've tried to streamline them more over time but they're all just so messy and angular and I swear they all sound the same minus Optimus and a handful of others. I mean yeah the G1/G2/Beast Era transformers were all pretty simplistic looking (although the Beast Era was more complicated) but they all had personality and charm and roles like they were an actual army in a war.

Btw quick aside I rewatched the 1986 animated movie and I still get chills every time Prowl dies. It's just so.....graphic for a cartoon like his eyes go black and smokes pouring out of him like blood.

 

They both deserve better

I wouldn't say that, these are huge block busters with big paychecks! I'm happy for them, hopefully it opens more doors for them.

Hailee Steinfeld is really good in The Edge of Seventeen. Everybody go watch it.

Next Transformers film was pulled from its release schedule.

 

Maybe they should put the Bumblebee movie on that date. I don't wanna have to wait longer for what looks like the first good Transformers movie, but it currently shares a date w/ Aquaman and Battle Angel Alita.

 

I'm so here for that.
