He actually didn't die. At the very end he flew off into space while sending a message to his "creators" after being hunted down by them throughout the duration of the film. Last line was "I'm coming for you."
Ah ok, that sounds more familiar. I tend to forget what happens in most of these films, but for some reason I look forward to watching them. Guess I enjoy the visual spectacle.
Follow-up point: No Transformers ever actually die in any of these movies because that would involve Michael Bay taking a risk in his films.
I'd be down for someone else besides Bay doing one. I like Kubo a lot. I don't judge any director off of previous work anymore since the Community guys gave us Winter Soldier/Civil War.
lol Jesus. Loved 1 and 3. Got to tour revenge's set as the blast furnace scenes were filmed 2 minutes from my house, but what a damn let down that movie was.
The second one was the one and only film I've ever walked out on..and ive seen a lot of bad movies hahah. It was so incredibly discombobulated.
I can't remember much of or differentiate between 2 and 3. I remember some of 4, but only because it's the most recent and I caught some of it on tv a couple weeks ago.
That's what I mean by couldn't even finish haha...walked out of the theater. The only other movie I've ever walked out on was Oceans 12.
I liked the first 1 all the way through, and thought parts of 3 and 4 were cool. Anyway about the 14 films being written, that cannot be true. We all know they go into production with no script and when they get stuck when winging the story, they just throw in a transformer fight scene.
Hot take, but I didn't mind it overall. I heard so much bad stuff about it that when I watched it, I was surprised. Right off the bat I cared about Mark and his family waaaaayyy more than I ever did about Shia Labeouf and crew. I like how they attempted a story of the military turned on the autobots, even though it didn't pay off. Stanley Tucci is always a win as well. I would def place it above 2 and 3.
