I’m personally very excited to go to the theatre with my personal lifelong friends Woody and Buzz again
I’ve said this before but while I like 3 it’s ultimately pandering to me the way it tries to use the fact our generation grew up with the OG movie and out of the toy game. 4 actually had some cool new ideas and characters.
I just showed my mom the trailer on her tablet and she said it looks like it’s gonna be Jessie’s movie this time around
Watched 4 for the first time last night and I liked it. Keanu doing the Duke Kaboom thing was a highlight throughout. Gabby was a pretty troubled antagonist and I think that worked in the movie's favor considering its central conflicts. All of her ventriloquist dummy henchmen looked like Charlie Kirk though, like my wife and I both said it at the same time when they first show up
4 is fun. I’ll die on that hill. I love all the new toys in that one too. Polly Pocket, Duke, Combat Carl etc
4 is probably my 2nd favorite at this point after the 1st. i think its critical reception is limited by people just not wanting a 4th movie. forky is a generational icon.
4 is a good movie. Once you get over the fact that there are more movies beyond 3, it's a very worth entry.
