Jeez I remember going to a 20 year re-release

 

I didn't enjoy Toy Story 4 that much and barely even wanted 4 to begin with, so not much interest in a 5th but we'll see if anything about the trailer / reviews etc convince me otherwise.

 

can't wait (/s) to see how they explain woody coming back to join the other toys and how that won't undercut 4's conclusion

I loved 4 when I saw it in the theater, but liked it significantly less on a rewatch during COVID. Don’t know about this.

 

I only saw it once in theater and enjoyed it. Never ruined it with a rewatch, I felt it was a nice one time watch and that was it.

 

Don’t remember anything from 4 tbh

 

I don't think 4 is bad or anything but I didn't really love it. I guess I am happy for these movies to exist because children deserve fun and good movies, but the first 3 are just perfect. I will see this and enjoy it I am sure, but I probably won't think of it much afterwards

Maybe it'll be really good and change that, who knows. 4 didn't feel like it was for me, and that's okay as I am now in my 30s, but the first 3 just felt like they were made for me at the appropriate time so I (like lots of others) will always have that special connection.
