Looks like Tame Impala is adding more dates.

I've seen SOAD 7 times and heard 14 of the 15 songs (including "Johnny"). For some reason, they refuse to play one of my favorites ("Shimmy")

I think 3 figures atp is fair for the production that goes into a lot of these shows but paying over 500 for anyone to me is ridiculous

Me too but people are paying it so I guess it can be charged.

Anyone use gametime before? Is it as good as it advertises or is it about the same as any other last minute find on a secondary ticket site? I want to go to a day of Bourbon & Beyond this weekend but right now GA tickets are around $200. Was hoping to get something cheaper on the morning of.

Yep, I've used it before, it's legit. I got a ticket to see Motionless in White and Ice Nine Kills a couple years ago literally two hours before the show because Black Veil Brides dropped last minute due to illness for $4 lmao.

I used Gametime once and it was mostly fine, the only issue I had was I still didn't have the tickets in my possession when I arrived to the event and had to call and ask what was going on, which was annoying.

That being said, I think the key is that instant download tickets are better for any ticketing site. The fact that that happened with Gametime I don't think has to do with them as much as who was selling the tickets through them. I know stubhub let's you toggle for instant downloads so that would be my advice. (But we did get the tickets and get in the event so it worked out).

one of my BIGGEST pet peeves. Why come to the show if all you’re going to do is catch up with your friend!

I’m 36. I genuinely believe people my age are using concerts now as just like the back drop to mini high school reunions, with no respect to the bands or the rest of the audience. The emo nostalgia/anniversary tours make it worse. So many people I haven’t seen in 10+ years because of kids and covid using a new found glory show to springboard back into society.
