The Nashville date for the Cartel Chroma tour is now with The Summer Set & Hunny. If you're in San Diego, Super Sometimes are playing a free show with Stateside on 8/16 at a tattoo shop.
I think it's just that one! Honestly was kind of surprised they didn't try to just add a date of the Silverstein tour at the Intersection or something, but not mad that's what we got!
Hey just a PSA for a (new to me) phishing attack. Got a very convincing fake email from "Ticketmaster" claiming I need to update my payment method for tickets I sold. Looked identical to the real Ticketmaster email I've gotten in the past when selling tickets. Watch out and be careful!
Hoping that Dave is smart enough to bring out Poland and/Friedman for at least a few songs on some dates but I'm not holding my breath on it.
Thrash metal is already insanely difficult to play on guitar, I can only imagine it being much harder to do in old age with arthritis and other joint issues in the wrist. I'd assume this farewell is legit. I also have a feeling after this world tour wraps up that Metallica will start winding down live performances to random one offs.
I want to believe thats the reason why Slayer is playing just a few festivals since their reunion. Dont think they will do a full tour, just a couple of shows here and there. About Metallica, isnt a Spehere residency rumored? That plus random one offs seems like a possibility ngl
It's pretty stellar! The Boston date is the same but slotting in H2O for the Suicide Machines and... Stoked as I am that I'm going to Riot Fest I really kinda wish the Souls date was like, 1-2 days earlier or a week later so I could go. LOL
