As a NYC guy with no car, even when I have to deal with annoying ass public transportation at times, I am so happy I don't also have to factor in the parking situation/costs to attending events.
Having been there for the balloon and Great Park events, that’s a pretty small area given the lineup. This is going to be nuts.

There's only 6 bands I'd want to see on Saturday, but 14 I'd want to see on Sunday. Sunday is definitely the better day, in terms of numbers.
