The Interrupters dropped the Portland date of the Sublime Festival lol That’s the top 2 two support acts pulling out between them and Cypress Hill. They were replaced by Yelawolf, Tech Nyne and The Paradox. I’d be pissed if I bought a ticket to that show lol

Guess I won tickets to young the giant In Bridgeport CT from red scroll from rsd giveaway. I completely forgot about contest until I saw email today. Tickets are section 207
PS there was other shows to enter for but this was the show I picked

Young The Giant tour is probably selling poorly. Speaking of shows to be on the lookout for discounts, the Smashing Pumpkins tour has a whole seated floor with $300-700 VIP packages which are still readily available. I expect those to be knocked down to standard admission eventually.

Really like that venue. It's generally very easy to upgrade to the pit for $20 once you're there, but it looks like it's all seated for that show.

My wife mentioned wanting to go to Young The Giant next week but the cheapest ticket is $85. We both said “nah”.

Riley! was playing a new song on the Ben Quad tour so I'm hoping we have new music by the time this starts.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised. And the front section of seats isn't selling at all, which isn't too surprising, considering the price.

On the flip side, I am surprised that Belle and Sebastian sold out both nights at Pier 17 even with the hook of playing their first two albums.

Popped into the Smashing Pumpkins presale this morning. Kudos to them there are a decent amount of $52 and $63 ticket available, and most of the lower bowl is below $170. A rare find for arena shows these days.
Still thinking I may roll the dice and wait till closer to show day to pull the trigger.

  15. Last time they were here, I had upper bowl seats and it was so undersold that they had us all move to the lower bowl once we got there.

I'm thinking the same. I assume a lot of those $600 VIP packages won't sell and eventually get downgraded. Also, the verbiage in the poster is "celebrating" 30 years so it's not a full album play.

Just take the train down and go to the Pier! All kidding aside, $800 for a M&G with...Young The Giant is wild.

I am so hyped for this show...I was so disappointed to miss the Siamese Dream anniversay tour....and if that is any indication of what this will be it's going to be an awesome set list with great production...plus they won't come close to selling this out meaning cheaper tickets close to show time

  24. sam_might_say

    Well, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy

There never was a Siamese Dream anniversary tour?
