Always felt like a band whose fanbase was 90% music writers and critics and very few people who actually go to shows.
He’s playing in Virginia on 8/1 and that show isn’t on this poster. Curious about radius clauses and how the VA show might just be a normal Chance show compared to a Coloring Book show
Ah I'm glad he went with some pretty sensible venues for this. 5.5k cap venue for NYC, which seems doable for an anniversary show of his biggest album. For reference his tour last Fall came to a 3.5k cap venue and I don't think it sold out until show day.
He will be the 3rd rap show at the ryman in Nashville to my knowledge. Lauryn Hill and Wu Tang Clan are the others
Didn't know that, saw a Reddit thread on AllThingsJenna sub, immediately bounced after about 10-20 seconds.
She’s lucky he’s alive after that boxing show. They were all alone in bumfuck Bakersfield and the crowd almost ate them alive.
Check the venue on street view. 1931 E California st. Bakersfield ca. locals were fucking with the foreigners; surrounded their van and were acting like zombies. I think we spooked them.
I was about to say that's a bold stadium to choose considering capacity, but it's hometown so I guess that's reasonable.
Country music has gotten so big in the UK that Garth Brooks has sold out his headline day at British Summer Time Festival at Hyde Park!
Weren’t they basically doing arenas pre-Vessel in Ohio too? I’m surprised they weren’t already doing stadiums there.
