Portland rules, and they have a couple great venues!

Portland's the best! I'd rather drive there than boston from NH for shows.

So Summer Of Loud in Irvine tonight likely screwed up and opened doors late, causing them to cut TDWP due to “illness”.

    Oof. Venue's fault I assume?

Seems that way. It was announced as doors at 1, show at 2 but tickets had doors at 2, first band started at 3. They were basically an hour behind and announced mid-day that TWDP were pulling out due to “illness” and would be on tomorrow’s show in Concord as scheduled.

That was the announcement after doors were already open. Summer Of Loud posted set times at 11:30, opened doors late (at 2), and then put up the TDWP announcement at around 2:30.

Irvine Great Park has a hard curfew; they’re using the same schedule today in Concord. My guess is that they didn’t count on the curfew and planned on show going late when there was no way to do that.

Lot of issues yesterday. Doors were held because the barricade wasn't ready and then once it was assembled they realized part of it was broken so they had to repair it with duct tape and zip ties lol

No pyro either and the headliners didn't have the full production. Not sure if this wasn't approved or load in ran behind as well

Yeah, I hate to say it but I really do think this reunion has mostly been to play shows and make some money, I don't expect new music anymore

These new South America and now the Asia dates dont have the Long Live The Black Parade imagery the US and Mexico show had. So I wonder if they will be more like a regular set or something else.

I think they will bring the Long Live The Black Parade tour to the UK, they already done 3 sold out stadium shows in the UK on the reunion tour which the set list they mixed things up

One of the best lineups I've ever seen for a festival preshow/aftershow

A Google tells me the main space of preserving is 800, can anyone from Pittsburgh tell me if that is accurate? And do we think this sells out? This is an amazing lineup to me but idk how much pull everyone other than knuckle puck has. Really makes me wanna make four chord work this year

This is correct. Preserving main stage is 800 capacity (Underground is 300). I could see this selling out, but maybe not until later on.
