This is giving the same vibes as Limp Bizkit canceling an arena/ampitheater tour in the late 2000s because "fans deserver a more intimate experience."
I'm not sure if it got put out early or not, but since Devildriver announced their new album there's also a tour with them / Upon A Burning Body / Ov Sulfer going around. One date so far in Vegas at Brooklyn Bowl 8/15.
Dates for Milwaukee and Chicago were also announced. I'm assuming a full announcement would be posted any minute now
Aren’t they having holograms go out on tour now instead of themselves? Or something equally as batshit
I am honestly perplexed who still goes to see Kiss in 2026. For reference, I'm turning 43 this year and when KISS reunited in 1996 (nearly 30 years ago) I figured that would be for aging classic rock fans. Are there still guys in their late 60's going to see this because it's "REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAL rock and roll, man"?
wondering about what type of guy is into a hyperspecific thing it seems like no one sane would be into in 2026? boy do I have a podcast about guys for you
Retired people with money who like to get drunk and sing songs they know. Source: My parents' friends go to all of these "shambling corpse of a classic rock band with one original member at the C-market casino" tours and have blast every time.
I think they retired from touring, but still do their cruise and Vegas fest every year. I’m with you, but I did snag free tickets to see them at Jones Beach like 10 years ago and that show was a blast.
I've actually stopped going to anniversary tours since I'm old and, at this point, anything I cared about 20 years ago I saw in its era with a few exceptions such as the Bleed American tour since i never heard them play "Cautioners" in that era haha.
my local show has $25 lower level tickets and the seat map still looked like tickets just went on sale. Why did she think she had arena pull?
