we all know how terrible Live Nation is, but I recently heard people talking about how scalpers (maybe even LN themselves) are grabbing up all the wheelchair accessible seats and then reselling them for 5-10x on the secondary market seems like those seats shouldn't be resellable for over face value
they already get all the lower priced tickets, which not as egregiously evil but still evil, so not surprised
Both your points are correct in that Muse does put on a fantastic show an they haven’t had a hit in a while…however one of the many tricks LN and TM does is make the hardcore fans of a band pay more to see a show by upcharging tickets when they first go on sale …usually these overpriced tickets end up funding the lack of sales for the rest of the venue when the price is cut closer to the show
Famously hard ticket when Phish plays there. Saw Kanye there on Yeezus tour and it was almost empty because it was the second leg of a tour that had already been in the area on the first leg. It's a pretty good venue for what it is
THAT is insanely shitty. You should have to verify your TM account is ADA of some sort via a third party verification so it restricts who can buy.
That’s sick as hell. I can watch the bands I wanna see and then do some rounds of mini golf during the bands I wanna skip
