AXS forcing you to log in multiple times drives me nuts but the key to not being flagged as a bot seems to be using the app while on cellular. I've yet to be flagged doing that whereas if I use the website while on wifi, I get hit with that screen nearly every time.
They are and you also pay a service fee every time you buy something on there. It's just baked into the price.
