Make Do and Mend reuniting in 2026 HELL YEAH!!!!! I would kill for a west coast date when they do announce them
I never got to see them previously but I was super into them for a while and would love to remedy that.
listened to make do and mend’s 2012 album everything you ever loved after seeing that announcement and what an album. I forgot how in love I was with it. That and end measured mile were great.
New festival coming to the Coachella grounds this year, Desert Dance. It’s in October, announcement should be this week.

Heard that MD&M reunion teased on Axe to Grind and got so excited! That run of IATA dates with Crime in Stereo and Make Do is a pretty wild line-up! Stoked that they're back. Excited to see what the crowd response is like... And to hear the new music!
Probably means we'll have to start using AXS more which is one of the most pathetically built apps/platforms I've ever encountered.
If you just perform functions at a normal pace it thinks you're a bot. This is AFTER verifying MULTIPLE times via checkmarks, text, etc.
Both them and Ticketmaster have unbelievably frustrating app. Almost every time I open it I have to log back in with a text message. With AXS it doesn't even send the text so I have to do it as a phone call.
AXS’s login system totally sucks too. I remember having to essentially log into my account for a second time (despite already being logged in) right before checkout. It completely screwed me out of tickets once
I'm not a TM stan but I can at least respect that their platform can handle major sales and they take the hit of being the "bad guy" to hide behind promoters, managers, artists, etc. They're essentially like an Amazon for ticket selling who take a fee.
I guess? I mean, your "fee" is more than just a TM fee every time you a buy a ticket. We've all had this conversation a million times. Ticket prices are determined by artist, promoters and their managers. The "service fee" is a transaction fee. One could argue, as I would, that the transaction fee should be a static price because it theoretically costs the same to process a $500 ticket vs a $50 one but other than that, the prices are determined by artist guarantees.
