Tour of the year so far for me

 

I had no idea Modern Color got so big they could be direct support for thrice. Just checked their monthlies on Spotify and they’re at 152k. That rocks! Good for them.

funny cuz i was thinking delta sleep felt out of place... ive only heard a few songs of theirs from checking them out for riot fest, but they seem light, slow, & breezy unless im hearing the wrong songs? lol

BTW, where did you see the set times exactly? I saw they released the order of acts but not set times specifically. Also going to be rainy and shitty (though the bridge does cover the area) which is really not making me want to go.

 

Well I saw that the doors don't open until 7pm and first sets start at 8pm, which I thought was odd for a 20 artist bill. So I checked the 2023 and 2024 set times and headliners both years went on at 1am. Apparently it goes till 3am.

 

That......makes sense given it's in a residential dead zone so can go late into the night but, yeah, brutal for us old folks.

 

Also, billing Helmet with “playing songs from 1989-2025” makes no sense. You mean, their entire discography? What’s the point of that? Lol
