Just going to repeat myself here on the issue of TBS live...even at their peak they have were never the band you see for tight instrumentals and on point vocals....it's the band you see to scream back vocals with your fellow fans and jump around to songs you love...and to me there's nothing wrong with that
My old man moment of the day is not truly understanding how big the new hot act with the kids is. Like I knew Bilmuri was popular (despite never hopping on board the hype train) but not headlining a 6000 cap venue in Portland big. Idk, might go for Knuckle Puck but not jumping to buy tickets anytime soon by any means.
Kind of wild to see them doing a 6K cap venue in Portland. Also weird to see Knucklepuck announced as support when they are on the TWY tour earlier in the year.
You can go see KP with TWY for half of the price at the best venue in Portland. No reason to hit this up just for them lol
Oh no believe me I've already got tickets for them with The Wonder Years lol. I just like Knuckle Puck enough that for the right price and nothing else happening around the same time I might go. But honestly I highly doubt that'll be the case since October is usually packed with fall tours in Portland with bands trying to make it up here before the roads get too shitty to justify it.
I totally get that. I’d possibly go if the other opener was decent and leave before Bilmuri. I don’t expect this to sell that well as it looks like the Portland venue is twice as big as most other cities. Might be able to get cheap tickets at the last minute if it bombs.
I've been seeing them consistently over the the years, it's just as bad as you've heard haha. I go for nostalgic reasons but I may just start seeing them at festivals and not pay for their tours
