I figured this would be the case but still bummed. Album has no legs in the US and it probably doesn't make sense for them to come to the States and lose money.
Strong start for Warped Tour! A bigger act that crosses genres (and multiple generations at this point) with a consistent draw. Not a rare get or anything but they did the tour early on so... Yeah. Cool stuff. But more importantly: Now that this has been announced will they drop the rest of their tour dates? This has me wondering if they held off because the off-dates would have been a spoiler or whatever.
Here to give the obligatory "I didnt know they can do arenas" post. That said, I've been obsessed with Talk To Me all month. This would be a fun show to finally cross off my list.
oh damn. nyc show still says postponed. i figured the new dates were just gonna be in may, since they're doing welcome to rockville
Now Im worried they are going to hold off even longer so that people will feel forced to purchased Warped Tour tickets to see them
That's wild. Especially considering less than 3 years ago they were doing a co-headlining tour that was only hitting 3k venues.
She's done arenas here in the past. Given the limited cities (and a focus on LGBTQ+ cities), imagine it'll do fine.
She also tours very rarely, and also literally everyone is doing bigger rooms than they were 5-10 years ago. If the tix are reasonably priced, these will sell well.
they just sent out an email saying us tour is still happening, with some venue changes. news next week.
I’m staring at the map of California for Noah Kahan thing and I’m like is that Fresno or Sacramento probably Sacramento but still please be Fresno lmao
Really want to see The Cure, My Bloody Valentine, Alt-J, and Islands this year. Anyone heard any rumors of US dates for any of them?
