Pretty sure it's never happening, but if it does, I'm on a plane anywhere in North America. Discount would be a really cool get for a future BFFF, but that's another one that I'm pretty sure won't happen.
Discount would be amazing but we have like, a 500% better chance at seeing the Weakerthans happen. Hah. Whenever that band comes up in interviews, Allison shuffles past it as quickly as possible. I just feel like there's not much interest on her part and (depressingly) the demand probably isn't big enough to justify the effort versus what the guarantee would be. All that said, you're right: They would be a perfect fit for that festival! There's a run of similar(ish) bands they could dip into that could work too though and might be more likely (e.g., American Steel, Lemuria, Iron Chic, Seaweed).
