If you meet any white boomer and ask them what modern music act they like it’s usually Bruno. He’s massiveeeeeee, every song has become a a wedding/anniversary/backyard family friendly type staple. good for him. he’s like prince without everything that made him feel counter culture.
Could see myself making a trip to Indy for a day of this, especially if The Armed and Moving Mountains are the same day.
This alleged Jimmy Eat World tour wait is reminding me of how we talked about Weezer's headline tour in 2023 for months before it was announced.
Really cool to see Austin TV in this lineup. They are a post rock band from Mexico and they always put an amazing performance. If you have the chance catch their set as well.
I’m guessing a Sublime/Slightly Stoopid tour has to be happening this summer, right? This is now the second festival announced that they’re headlining together.
I think they’re just doing these one off “festivals” throughout the country. Kind of a cool idea…miss the days of the traveling package tour à la project revolution/area/family values.
Looked at that poster and thought it was another BrewHaHa one. And I'm glad it isn't. Hopefully bands stop doing that shit... That said, definitely wouldn't mind going to one of these if it hit my area. Sublime, LBDA, the Ataris, and Codefendants are all I'd care about. But the rest is decent enough that I wouldn't mind sitting through it on a sunny day. LOL
That’s a bummer. I’ve been dying to attend one and was gonna try to make it out this year. 2027 it is!
