Emos Not Dead cruise was out of LA the first year, I guess it's just easier to book ships out of florida.
Tribal Gaze have a tour announcement soon. It's "ridiculous" and "makes us laugh when we say it out loud".
Not at all. I laughed when I saw the venues and how small they were, then laughed harder when I saw all the spelling errors.

I saw them playing it in full at When We Were Young, otherwise it would be a must travel to the US for it. Still crossing my fingers they bring the tour to Mexico
For sure in arenas right? Like if AFI can play the forum for sing the sorrow surely this will draw the same if not more.
I could only see them doing an arena if it were like a one-off hometown show. But they’ll probably do larger auditoriums if the support is right
They haven’t really done a full length U.S. headliner in a long time, only a few shorter tours + co-headliners, and those shorter runs seemed like constant underplays in small markets. It could be close to what Yellowcard did on their first reunion tour, mostly medium sheds/biggest GA rooms in big cities with some small hockey arenas in random places.
They’d need some really solid support to do that. Otherwise an expensive underplay at large clubs makes the most sense.
Saw their BA set at WWWY, and will definitely go again if this is in Texas. Was so great then, but a festival crowd anticipating ADTR’s Homesick playthrough up next was a fumbled crowd.
Pier 17 sounds about right. That Yellowcard/NFG show is struggling to fill up the 5.5k Central Park Summerstage. Even as an album play I can't picture JEW being able to sell enough tickets for a venue like that these days.
The thing that makes me think Jimmy would do larger venues is because they still get regular play on alt/rock radio which still helps more than you'd think with ticket sales. The Middle and Sweetness are still in rotation after 25 years, I'd guess at a higher rate than Ocean Ave or My Friends Over You.
No way is Jimmy Eat World doing arenas. Playing their biggest album will definitely give them a bit of a bump but not that big a bump... I think the estimates in the 3-5k capacity venue ranges feel pretty accurate. Especially if they've got strong support.
