The thing that’s crazy is looking at like yes, Metallica is 20, but they played only 19 shows. They made 7 mil off one gig. Where as Tyler had to play 98 shows to make 1 mil a show. I found that metric to be a tad more interesting. Coldplay has similar numbers to Metallica per show (both around 7 mil a show). Kendrick and Sza were making damn near 10 mil a show is insane
Other than VIP.. normal standing and sitting tickets for the Breaking Benjamin/Chevelle UK tour is completely sold out, I knew there was a demand for this but I didn't expect the tour to sell out so quick!! Fair play to them, I can't wait to finally see BB live for the first time :D
Realized I’ve never seen Alexisonfire live and would love to make that happen. Absolute long shot for them to actually tour though, right?
they have done two tours since getting back together, the headliner when otherness came out and the supporting avenged sevenfold. They had holds on places this past summer but didn’t end up touring. There are rumors of a crisis tour next summer though.
Was pretty bummed about that cancelled Boston show but... If that gets me a TTNY album play show? All is forgiven! (Not that it wasn't already but y'know, hyperbole or whatever.) Also: Guessing this means IATA is gonna go hard in 2026 which is definitely a good thing.
