Those first few Goos albums when they still had that punk-adjacent Replacements sound are still great.

I feel you. In winter of 1995 I asked this girl I liked to dance at our 7th grade "mixer". She said no. I consoled myself later in my room by listening to "Name" on repeat. Thinking about it 30 years later, "Name" isn't even a love song or breakup song but it still hit hard.

Apparently whitechapel is also on this which is unfortunate for them

I'm convinced Avenged Sevenfold has something against the DC/MD area, this is literally like the fourth fucking leg of this tour and not a single one has come here, even now that a band from MD is touring with them

I am convinced that they don't like the UK either, they only played once on this album cycle and that was headlining Download Festival last year and haven't done an UK headline tour this year and I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do a UK headline tour next year either

I dont know if you’ve checked the top songs charts on Spotify at least but Iris by Goo Goo Dolls has def been in the top 30 at least all year. Thing had a HUGE resurgence

New single "Sands of Time" out now!

Never saw a full concert by the Goo Goo Dolls but I was in attendance for the wildest performance of Iris ever.

Striking out big in Oregon right now with no Arm's Length date or Amon Amarth/Dethklok. Hope something cool is announced coming close today.
