Super curious on the process points for FKA especially the Miami show. Weird venue but I guess tomorrow I’ll find out. Also Rosalia should be announced today or tomorrow according to a credible reddit source. Presale would be Wednesday.
Can't tell if some of these FKA Twigs venues are ambitious or not. She did headline Ladyland at Under The K Bridge which has a 9k capacity. Definitely didn't sell out but it's at an out of the way location and she had a 1am set so maybe MSG is realistic.
It's great to see this new wave of pop punk bands absolutely crushing it, even if it isn't a genre I tend to go back to all that much.
They sold out Finsbury Park by themselves and that's a 45,000 capacity venue way in advance this past summer so I think that show got them the reading festival headline slot
Im happy for them, they deserve all the praise and Im excited to see what they do on their headline spot. But tbh, I always thought Idles would be the biggest band from that wave of UK bands
I don't think it'll be with Rise Against opening (they're certainly bigger than JEW here, right?), but I assume we'll get US shows and hopefully with TGUK.
Yeah, my guess is we'll get a club tour in the states and they're pulling out the big guns for a limited run in Europe.
Twigs doing MSG is blowing my mind. I don't think it'll be an instant sell out but should fill up well. Also didn't realize how big Fontaines DC have gotten. Very curious to see what their next North American tour looks like.
Also very bummed that this Evanescence tour isn't all 3 heavy hitters at once. My date is them + Spiritbox, and I'll probably still go. But honestly a Spiritbox/Poppy tour sounds just so much more appealing.
Or... And hear me out. JEW/RA co-headliner doing Bleed American and The Sufferer and the Witness in full.
