I’m aware, but there was a time where they welcomed him back and tried incorporating him in the band again post allegations
Don't know if this was posted but Caroline is playing a few US shows: 5/18/26 – San Francisco, CA @ Great American Music Hall 5/19/26 – Los Angeles, CA @ Teragram Ballroom 5/21/26 – New York, NY @ Knockdown Center
What's everyone looking forward to for shows in 2026 so far? I've got Seahaven, Descendents, The Hives, Joyce Manor, Stavros Halkias, Stoop Fest, and Fireworks in the first half of the year so far!
Brother, I'm just trying to get through 2025 first (War On Women, Koyo/Restraining Order, Story of the Year, Junction 18). But in all seriousness: 2026 is starting out slow for me! All I've got so far is Something in the Way Fest, Spiritual Cramp and the Joyce Manor/Militarie Gun tour. But I'm sure that will change in the coming weeks/months. Haha. I got back into going to shows hard this year and it feels so good I don't plan on letting up. LOL
if I get to see the Echo & The Bunnymen show, I’ll be good in 2026. Feels like one of those last chance to see them kinda things so I got tunnel vision on that
My first thought was “huh, if this didn’t do well, I imagine AAC isn’t doing well either.” I remember when AAC was an immediate sell-out. I know we’re still a month out, but I wonder if it’ll still go on, at this point.
Goldfinger/Unwritten Law/Zebrahead Descendents/Frank Turner Train/Barenaked Ladies/Matt Nathanson O.A.R./Gavin DeGraw/KT Tunstall Plus Dancing With The Stars Live and my wife and I also subscribed to the Jacksonville Broadway season so there are a few musicals we’ll have tickets for.
Joyce Manor w/Militarie Gun The Hives NIN Say She She The Last Dinner Party Florence & The Machine Hayley Williams (if I can get tickets) MCR w/Franz Ferdinand (if I can get the section I want) Cannons/Bob Moses
Serious question: In the year 2025, what is the appeal of a show like AAC? All of the bands tour regularly and most have very deep catalogues. The set times there are what? 30-35 minutes for most bands? I feel like that would be a dealbreaker for a lot of people.
Hey Mercedes / Rainer Maria The Format My Chemical Romance Riot Fest The Wonder Years whenever that gets announced Maybe Boys Like Girls and La Dispute depending other life stuff around those shows
I have tickets for Avenged Sevenfold w/ A Day To Remember, Mr Bungle and Daron Malakian MCR w/ The Hives (twice) Ac/Dc Kilby Block Party
Those radio fests used to be a collection of all the popular acts trying to appease radio stations for airplay. Since alt airplay doesn't really mean that much, I think they have trouble attracting talent and, to your point, most of those bands have been all over the LA area recently with the exception of Evanescence so not much in the way of surprise.
