I’m in the East Bay lol. With the hell that is the I-80 corridor through Solano County, Wheatland is just far enough away to be beyond what I’m willing to drive on a regular basis.
Same here. It’s a shame because Wheatland is getting decent shows. Grass Valley too, but im not up for the drive. We get enough good shows in Bay Area proper. If im feeling up for an adventure I make a trip to LA, since I can see friends n family
Don’t get me started on the hellhole that currently is the 80. Literally all the shows I have planned for the rest of the year are in the bay so I’m going to be stuck driving through that shit stain smdh
Replace them with Nickelback.. I am not even joking, give them a 2 hour greatest hits set with a full production/stage show and they would absolutely smash it big time!! I still suprised they haven't headlined Download or BST at Hyde Park or do the summer outdoor gig circuit in the UK yet!
Encourage your favorites to be doing the same (or something similar). I DM'ed Dying Wish's Instagram account about donating funds from the Dying Wishmas raffle to local Portland food banks and haven't heard anything back yet (if anyone knows the best way to get a hold of them to put the idea on their radar that would be lovely).
Haven't seen anything regarding the members but many assume it indeed is just Brooks and hired guns. Likely the ones that have been playing with him live recently
not for radio really just sounded like a worse version of the Marias for me lol but the fans of Maria and the band are crazy into them to support anything
Dinosaur Pile-Up is having visa issues currently and they haven't played any of their shows with ADTR/Yellowcard so far.
Yeah, it's always really nicely curated! At some point, my partner and I are probably going to try planning a UK trip around it. It's also a festival where by the time it gets to the bottom 1/3 of the line-up each day I don't really know any of the acts... So I do a quick run-through to check them out. And I usually wind up finding a few artists I'd never heard before that I really enjoy! So it's a fun one even if I'm not attending. LOL
It’s a really fun festival. Great atmosphere and the lineups are always really fun. Looking forward to going back again! Done every year since 2017 at this point, although I do have MCR tickets for that Friday.
That stinks for them. Are The Wonder Years playing longer or going on earlier then? I’m going Saturday and trying not to look at their setlist.
So y'all are right, these Not For Radio dates are hot tickets. It's slighlty surprising to me since I just saw The Marias play second to last at a 10k festival and it wasn't sold out but given the limited dates for this project, demand makes sense.
Mariachi El Bronx just dropped a trio of California shows + one in Mexico! New album coming in February 2026 so I'm guessing there's more to come... 11/ 8 : La Cita | LA 12/6: La Santa | Santa Ana 1/17: Corazon Del Barrio | San Diego 2/14: Black Box | Tijuana
