I saw the Austin date announced on instagram today and got so hype. I can't wait.

 

tbs is actually right up there with thursday. both bands have members who left/don't tour, have two albums most fans love and have a small segment of fans that want deep cuts. i think geoff has adam beat vocally, which aint very hard as we all know.

 

I don’t get how TBS has “milked” TAYF. In 15 years it has been two regular tours, an acoustic tour, and WWWY last year.

 

At least the tour name is honest, lol.

 

Yeah, they did the 10-year tour of the album, and then the 20-year tour of the band (which funny enough was only 7 years after the 10-year album tour). So officially, only two tours in 23 years but then some one-offs.

Their last headlining tour in Cleveland (2024) they only played three songs from TAYF in a 20-song set, which was nice.

Cruel World was so fun this year. Kinda bummed to not see a lineup drop for 2026.

 

Bloc Party & Interpol are teasing what appears to be a tour, announcement tomorrow at 9am.

 

Foo fighters will be playing more club shows. Don’t know when or where but Dave made an announcement during their live stream on Amazon Music live tonight
