Was that recorded recently or was it pre-surgery? Would def benefit from lowering him in the mix. But is it really any worse than Tom DeLonge these days?

Jon Bon Jovi struggled to hit a lot of those high notes in the 80'S. No way he's getting close nowadays. Imagine them trying to do "Always" this day in age? Have to play the song a whole step down at least.

  3. Taking the songs down a step or two isn't a big deal in my opinion. Tons of bands do that, even younger ones than Bon Jovi. The worse part of that video is that he can't seem to find the rhythm at all. The band is doing a ton of work to keep it on the rails.

I politely disagree. As a guitar player once you take a song beyond 1/2 step down, it really changes the vibe/song of it.

Foo Fighters, QOTSA, and Gouge Away is a crazy lineup

You know I'm not even that mad at Foos for not bringing that tour to New England as much as I'd love to see them w/ QOTSA. I dont wanna spend the money and I dont need the fomo.

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

Vegas date of the Foo tour is super tempting. I’ve yet to see FF or QOTSA. Kill two birds with one stone

Glad to see them skip Metlife Stadium....aside from football stadiums imo overall being terrible for rock concerts (I think they have their place for pop music) trekking to Metlife is the worst...I'd actually rather travel to DC or Philly and spend the night somewhere than spend the time and effort to get to Metlife

Aftershock/ governors ball is possibly the reason

Really stoked to see Mannequin Pussy and Gouge Away for getting this look! Hoping this gives them both the level up they deserve.

Too out of the way for the cool Foo Fighters or Iron Maiden bills with killer support to come close, but just at the right place for the 5SOS tour I have zero interest in. Truly tragic.

I would be interested in 5SOS depending on the openers.

Has me cautiously optimistic that they'll be doing Govball. Now that the govball spinoff Soundside is officially dead I'm thinking Govball might start incorporating more rock into their lineups. Probably wishful thinking on my end.

I was just going to say I'd be shocked if they had Foo Fighters headline GovBall but then looking back they did have The Killers in 2024 so maybe it is possible....if GovBall had both Foos and QOTSA i'd be there (probably at an empty stage)

that Everything or Nothing At All stadium tour last time out was announced in waves, so I'm expecting this to follow suit with more shows added in weeks ahead, that sort of thing.

That tour also had a bunch of venues teased that never happened so…. And the stadium leg of the tour was all announced at once

Aftershock would make a lot of sense for them.
