People say how empty these amphitheater tours are and then they are packed on show day because everyone just buys lawn tickets and venue moves them down

Will do anything to see them live. Not missing out AGAIN. I was too young in '04 and then their most recent reunion just slipped by. Not again!

John // OC now, OH forever.

Worth noting that Tragic Kingdom released 30 years ago tomorrow.

Saw no doubt at riot fest like 10 years ago. Could see this being a 30 year anniversary tour/reissue for tragic kingdom or 25 year tour/reissue for rock steady

I'm a few pages late to the dillinger discussion and as someone who has seen them countless times and also saw them at no values what is missing is for sure greg. Ben and greg matched each other chaos wise live and their original singer has little energy in comparison

100% yes — one more person missing though and this was well before they broke up the first time was Jeff Tuttle — Jeff Tuttle was as much a mad man as Greg and Ben. I remember seeing them in 2009 at the studio at Webster hall and it’s still the craziest show I’ve ever seen! Once he left is when the shows started getting a bit more tame since a majority of the band was no longer chaotic.

New single "Sands of Time" out now!

This was a photo I took of him back in 2009. One of the most chaotic shows I've ever went to: Thursday/Glassjaw/TDEP/United Nations at Starland Ballroom.

If that No Doubt announcement is just the Sphere... That's very underwhelming and doesn't move the needle at all for me. But given how I like to take in concerts I can't think of a single band that could get me there.

So. Fingers crossed there's more dates even though there probably won't be.

I would love to go to a concert at The Sphere at some point even tho I didnt enjoy Las Vegas last year I went to WWWY.

The absolute best thing about Tulsa is it’s a city where for 90% of shows you can get in close to the date and you don’t have to be in a 20000 person Ticketmaster queue to see someone.

All that said, probably not going to that show, Motion City / Say Anything is more my speed, but who knows!

We used to shitpost with I think the bassist from wonder years on the site we don’t speak of, he would sit in video chats with us and we would tell him the band sucks. Good dude.

I’m actually kind of interested in that No Doubt Sphere show. I’ve been wanting to go to a show there for a while. Also been looking for an excuse to go back to Vegas

I definitely felt this too but didn't want to come out and say it, because I know the whole fire breathing thing started with Dimitri. But watching Better Lovers and Ben with both Suicidal Tendencies and TDEP, it's clear to me they're the combo that makes that group come together. Really wish Ben would get over whatever issues he has with Greg (which correct me if I'm wrong was something along the lines of Ben being straight edge and Greg being a total party animal, so different lifestyles).

Same.. I'm hoping one day Tame Impala does a residency there lol.. or I'd love to see Radiohead or the Psychedelic Porn Crumpets there.

Moshing was fun when I was 15 but I am thirty-fucking-six years old now. No thank you. I’ll be in the back of the room with ear plugs in.

Of all the bands I thought would play the sphere, and of all the bands that I would consider interesting in that venue, No Doubt was not of them. Strange decision and does nothing to move the needle for getting me to see a show there.

No Doubt was very, very good in 2009, when I last saw them (at the Borgata).
