I hope that tour comes to the UK, last time Mudvayne toured over here was way back in 2003!!

 

It is a weird touring cycle, they r selling out stadiums in Europe and Wembley Stadium in the UK with ease but in the states its exactly what u said as well.. it's gonna be interesting if on future albums and touring cycles if LP r gonna be one of those bands that that sell out stadiums overseas but an arena band in the states or maybe just be an arena band on both sides of the Atlantic

 

LA date is at the Palladium, which is just under 4,000 cap

there were press materials that existed and leaked on Reddit that it was May 7th-14th. Looks like the world are following those dates except the US. So not sure what is going on with that.

 

Yeah very strange routing. Tour is skipping NYC, but is playing a 2,500 cap venue in New Jersey and a 10,000 cap arena in Connecticut.

 

Guy I went to high school with is playing weekend one (not promoting them cuz his band ain’t good)

 

Usually it's the big fests that make me feel out of touch, but I haven't heard of a single band on this lineup aside from the Sunday west stage. Illuminati Hotties / Georgia Maq / Devon Kay / OK Cool is a really solid group though.

 

Gustaf are good, saw them opening for Idles back in 2021

 

Gustaf is a really cool punk band from New York. I saw them open for Dehd last year.

and Being Dead is a really cool rock band from Austin, Texas that put out a solid album last year

Interlay is a local Chicago band originally from Madison that is kinda in the vein of grunge/post-punk

Other than that I don’t know any of the other acts other than just sorta recognizing a few names but not knowing anything about them
