Damn Keith, I never gave his age any thought because he still brings it but damn

 

From the latest Mike Herrera podcast: "Allister's coming back, I think. They're gonna rip some gigs."

It was a quick throwaway line when Mike and his manager were talking about friends of theirs who were going on tour this summer. But... It was said! Haha.

 

This line-up is ridiculous top-to-bottom. Good on Keith!

 

Yeah I knew he was on the older side, but I had no clue he was 70! What a king. He’s still ripping!

 

As expected, Jimmy Eat World got added to the LA date of The Offspring tour

 

Yeah all the LA shows that couldn't be announced due to coachella are starting to pour out

 

I vowed to never miss Jimmy Eat World in DC but we might just need to hope they finally do a proper headliner here instead of radio shows/support slots.

USA Rugby doubleheader to Silver Spring pipeline on what probably be a 95 degree day will be quite the journey

 

Weird, Bilmuri's performance at Louder Than Life in Kentucky isn't on this poster, and is instead replaced with a headliner in Charlotte, NC. Hoping that's an error and they haven't actually pulled out of LTL :/

 

Tim's been in the studio recently I believe. I think he posted some stuff on Twitter (@humbugrog) about it.

 

Yeah I find it kinda weird that they were supposed to play LTL Sunday but instead go from Shaky Knees in ATL to Charlotte that weekend. Maybe they’ll get moved to Thursday or Friday of LTL instead.

 

I’ve been dying to see Allister again, so this makes me super happy.

EDIT: an Allister & Homegrown tour would be ridiculous

Yeah, I saw that! Kinda figured it was something for Hot Alice or a solo thing but... Would love to be wrong.

That would be amazing! But I'd settle for smaller headlining runs from each... Or, selfishly, I'd like for them both to just be the openers on a Boston MxPx show.

Is there any word on more Fountains Of Wayne shows happening this year?
