Any word if they're also including NYC on their full tour as well? I'm not crazy for any of these UTK Bridge openers, and the rumor for the tour support has me way more excited.

But also, Under the K Bridge has a capacity of 8,000 so that would be pretty wild if they could not only sell out this show but another larger show on top of that.

which support rumor is that? i think this might be it for nyc. i doubt they will have a problem selling it out, their last headline was brooklyn mirage a year a half ago and that was 6000.

Oh yeah no question this will sell out. I was questioning if they could sell this out AND another large show on their rumored Fall tour.

There was chatter about Turnstile/Knocked Loose/Basement but I dont know if that was a legit rumor or just very wishful thinking.

I think this Turnstile show is a potential "test the waters" booking to generate buzz/excitement and ease any promoters concern that they can sell 10-15k tickets in major markets.

i think that started in this very thread, speculating from nothing more than the aftershock lineup. neither of them are the direct support I heard for the fall, nor are any from the nyc show. but who knows, things change.

promoters dont need any convincing, its just strategic

I heard a very random rumor about turnstile support that I know is credible but makes so little sense to me that I’m questioning whether I heard them wrong

fall tour is already booked, no testing the waters.

    idk man

Part of what makes the Turnstile/KL/Basement rumor a little more convincing is they all have the same management which obviously isn't an end all be all but still

Remember DWP people said that when Turnstile comes back they were going to be playing places like the Kia Forum and Barclays so this has been the plan for the last 18+ months I think

Ah my bad. Well then these shows selling out instantly will quell any fears promoters may have even if it's already set.

BTW.....if Turnstile does want to do an arena in NYC they should do MSG 1) for the prestige and 2) for the sound. Barclays is brutal sound-wise unless you're on the floor.

The way musical trends are heading they can wait it out for a nice Coachella reunion payday. Coachella is the last time I saw Title Fight, actually.

I'd be shocked if Turnstile didn't play CFG Arena in Baltimore on their next headliner

Like I always say, if Warped Tour can break down entire stages and set them up in a half hour, no reason for any set change to be longer than a half hour. Arena shows typically are back-lined too so, again, really no excuse except the promoter probably wants to sell more beer during intermission.
