It's always been bad but I literally could not listen to more than a couple seconds of that video.

I don't know the band but thought it sounded fine but I got nothing to compare it to.

I'm also sort of over judging bands on youtube / video sound. So many singers sound terrible when you record it, but when you're there, in the crowd, vibing, they're great live. I can forgive a lot of imperfections if the energy is there. That's what a live show is all about to me.

Is Bodybag super problematic in hindsight? Absolutely.
Is it still a top tier pop rock banger? Absolutely.

 

I know there's some debate about festival sets VS tour headliner sets and usually I prefer to see a band doing a full set on their tour but right now I am happy I got to see Sleep Token at Riot fest a few years back and I don't need to stress about getting a ticket to their tour. At this point they can amphitheaters with no issues at all.
