all these kids on reddit bemoaning korn as a headliner need to google "korn blind woodstock" and learn something.

 

Are people seriously saying that?

I would assume that Korn is going to be operating more in a Deftones slot from last year where they are right before the main headliner on the biggest stage

 

Korn is a little less off-center to me based on Deftones and Limp Bizkit the last few years.

Oh I totally agree. I guess I should’ve elaborated. It’s not weird seeing them considering the renewed interest in alt/nu metal these past few years. But like, Korn being a headliner of Lolla is such a weird concept. That would not have been an idea like, 10 years ago

 

Interesting how comfortable these big fests are getting with heavy music recently. The only disappointment on that end this year is Bonnaroo.

I almost missed the DC date of this run because I didn’t see it in this thread. Glad I checked my email and got a ticket, because it sold out during presale, they said they’re looking to add a second date.

 

bummer that the St. Louis date on this tour is the same night as Baby Metal/Jinjer in st. louis, and the venues are like 10 minutes from each other. seems like similar fanbases are going to have to make a choice
