That Mest tour confuses me. Toronto is at a 600 cap (reasonable) but 1000 cap venues in London and Hamilton?? Those should definitely be like 400 cap venues.

Supposedly, at the Cleveland stop on that Armor For Sleep/Boys Night Out tour BNO said there was going to be a 20-year anniversary tour for Trainwreck in 2026 along with a repress!

EDIT: Looks like it's fall 2025 as per the post below.

I can't remember the last time an artist in the rock scene made the jump to the arenas this quickly. They're not my cup of tea but I'm stoked they're doing well

This makes way more sense given the actual release date of that album! Thanks for the correction/more accurate info!

I feel like A LOT of resale at these venues are not just scalpers but agency and management and friends of the artist who attempt to pocket more cash...MCR was outted for pulling this tactic by blacking out seats during the initial on sale of their shows...the venue appears sold out so forces desperate fans to pay extra to get in...then once the show gets closer the prices start to come down as the agencies realize they can't sell these tickets for these high end prices they want...i bet we will see cheap seats under face value for Beyonce, Oasis, MCR, and SOAD when the shows get closer

HA yeah I've been trying to sell my SOAD tickets for a month now with no bites. Starting to think face value was priced too high and we're gonna see the secondary market really dip in price.

I would sell my Oasis tickets (I bought four and likely only need two of them), but there's no way to actually sell them or transfer them.

Going back to Beyonce for a minute - I feel like nobody wants to acknowledge that Cowboy Carter is (by Beyonce standards) kind of a flop. Texas Hold Em is a decent enough hit, but the only other song to hit even 100 million spotify streams is II Most Wanted, which has a Miley Cyrus assist. It got the AOTY grammy, but I think everyone kind of knows that it was a correction for past mistakes rather than based on the merit of the album itself.

Renaissance is not necessarily her biggest album, but what it lacks in streams/mainstream recognition it makes up for in cultural resonance, which is what Cowboy Carter is lacking. Of course there are enough Beyonce die hards to fill a football stadium one night in most cities, but the people who wanted to go for the back catalogue hits already went to Renaissance, which is who you need to stretch that out to 2 or 3 nights.

But also I'm sure it'll end up being fine in the end. The stadiums will get filled. And saying Beyonce has been "retired" by the public or whatever is an absurd thing to say.

That "by Beyonce standards" is the key here; she's set insane standards that are achievable by maybe 3 or 4 other artists. Critics loved that album and it got 11 Grammy nominations along with 0 CMA nominations - it's pretty clear why it didn't sell as well as previous Beyonce albums (though it still sold really really well): country fans didn't want to support Beyonce and Beyonce fans didn't really want a country record.

I agree with you. I'm a big Beyonce fan and Cowboy Carter just did nothing for me and I will occasionally listen to country music artists. I know I may not be the demographic it was for since there is a lot of cultural significance within the songs but beyond that, I just didn't really care for the album at all. I went to the Renaissance tour and it was worth every penny IMO but when this tour was announced and I saw the ticket prices, that made me feel better about not going to it. I checked a few SoFi dates last night on Ticketmaster and there are nosebleeds for less than $40 which.. could make me change my mind in hopes of her playing some older songs.

Yeah, I wouldn’t hesitate if I saw Beyonce tickets even at $100 cus she’s easily one of the best performers ever

Hard to imagine a Beyonce ticket under $100 when you couldn't find a ticket for under $200 during the Formation tour.

Unfortunately for Beyonce, her best country song, Daddy Lessons, isn't on Cowboy Carter.

15k in the Deftones queue for Baltimore this morning, pit was cooked, fair number of seats available but pretty well washed for an artist presale. Aiming for a cheaper DC resale, and probably Baltimore too at this point, could add up with Shaky Knees too
