According to someone on reddit, Falling in Reverse has really good openers on their next headliner. Hope it's not anyone I like lol

I have no insider knowledge but if All Things Go returns to Forest Hills, feel like Bleachers would be one of the headliners.

Agreed. I reached out to the guy and luckily for me it’s two bands I don’t like but he can’t tell me the others because there’s still negotiations.

 

This isn't meant to be a diss to any communities involved but I get the sense that the average "good" band on reddit and the average "good" band on chorus are separate enough that we shouldn't be too worried.

I mean at one point last year he had Underoath and Spiritbox, although in that year he has somehow been a bigger piece of shit, so I don’t think those bands would agree with this version

 

I stand corrected. Completely forgot they were on that tour, which is weird considering the first band I thought of while writing the original post were Ice Nine

Sadly he somehow pulls people into his orbit that are at the very least 10x more talented than him. There was the Underoath and Spiritbox tour (although Spiritbox dropped that one) and FIR has both Luke Holland and Marc Okubo touring for them which is a total squandering of their talent.

I was also told that it was technically a coheadliner with another band.

 

The only band that comes to mind that I feel like FIR would “co-headline” with it ADTR

 

Very few people give a shit about stuff like that, sadly. It's all about the paycheck.

 

Is the other band ADTR? Lol. Only one that makes sense unless it’s like Papa Roach or whatever

 

Papa Roach and like Asking Alexandria or something

 

ADTR and FIR are both playing the LB and FL Warped dates and are both not playing DC Warped so that makes some sense

 

A day to remember touring with falling in reverse would make a lot of sense. They toured together in 2018 and there both headliners of warped tour this year

 

I mean Papa Roach already have a huge arena tour this spring, and have toured with FIR a lot recently, I doubt they'd hop on another tour with them so quickly.

Anyways I wish that man would just go away forever, the fact this scene is still feeding that troll is insane to me.

 

you know, I wondering if this scene is. I feel like he’s gotta whole new fanbase. Yeah it’s about the cash for sure. These people gotta eat and feed their families and the shitty dudes got the most pull. Not saying it’s right, but *shrugs*

 

yeah, I think there’s a definite divide across their fans between pre- and post- Popular Monster. They took so long between records and got a lot of new fans thanks in part to Ronnie’s antics that it feels like two different eras. They’re a full on buttrock metalcore band now.

 

Given their Glastonbury headlining slot, y’all think The 1975 is going to be doing ballparks in major cities next time they come to North America?

 

At least here in NYC I think they can do Citi Field, but the support need to be solid.
Remember in 2020 when they were supposed to tour with Phoebe and Beabadoobee opening? That bill could do NFL stadiums today

 

They're a butt rock band now for sure. I went to see Hinder a few weeks ago and there was a dude with a falling in reverse shirt there
