Wild seeing people surprised that the Mars Volta are doing something self-indulgent. LOL

 

I was already going to skip them next week at the forum.. now i don't feel bad about it hahaha

 

This would be a fun idea if they were doing it on their own headlining tour. But opening a big arena tour?… That’s a weird move.

But I also wouldn’t expect anything less from TMV lol

 

Ltl got a from first to last reunion??!??? Is Sonny going to be back performing live with them.

what even happened with the initial Sonny announcement? It really was just one single and then it fizzled out entirely

 

It's interesting that TSSF, Neck Deep, & State Champs are all playing the same stage the same day. They all have major album anniversaries this year, so I could totally see them doing a joint tour.

Either way, ridiculously stacked lineup.

 

Why does ATL get booked for these things? They’re cheesy as fuck (awful people too)…it’d be like putting Simple Plan on here.

 

Hes just a super busy guy. From Matt's interviews it seems like he was always just far more interested in skrillex then coming back for more then a song or two. He definitely didn't want to tour with fftl. Probably just do a show or two once in awhile.

The others guys didn't want to wait around for him so there back with out him.

 

A triple headliner of them all doing S/T, Life's Not Out To Get You, and Around the World and Back would be insane. Like I'd be all for it but it sounds like a pipe dream. Especially for TSSF considering they've really kind of abandoned that sound.

 

So I guess Slayer is back full time?

 

I literally thought about the possibility of this triple headliner the other day. Need it to happen

 

That Saturday main stage lineup rips. Give me a Deftones/APC/Failure tour

 

I think more of a part time band...just headline festivals, collect the big pay check and go home!
