I’m honestly surprised an Offspring/Rise Against tour hasn’t happened yet. They’re both in that weird “mid/high popularity” range with crossover fanbases, I assume

 

They are touring together in Brazil next month, so maybe something else come out of it.

 

rise against already has a 2 leg usa tour with papa roach and underoath that runs march/april then sept/oct. then they are overseas on the fest circuit during the summer

if anything is to come of the few dates they are playing next month it prolly wont be until 2026

If this wasn't the same weekend as MN Yacht Club Fest, I'd totally hit this up lol.

Looks like there gonna be either more dates added at the end of the tour this year or a 2nd leg next year for Tate McRae. The united center shared this:

she already has a united center date August 15th

 

looking like a second leg winter 2025, bunch of new cities added too ranging from A market to C market cities, she is a touring machine

 

I'm still....kinda surprised by the Tate McRae rise. Granted I am WAY out of her demo but it seems like such average music in really crowded genre.

Gonna put some of you on to Evvntly, sort of a bandsintown for keeping track of upcoming shows. If you’re in CA or Arizona, he’s regularly giving out free tickets to things (currently Amity Affliction/Many Eyes amongst others). I’ll vouch for Johnny who runs the app personally, he’s a good dude who promotes a lot of stuff in LA/OC and is branching out to SF, Fresno, Phoenix, and more.

Her sound changed a lot recently tbh. She was playing 1000-cap rooms following the indie pop "sad girl" bandwagon, and I think the general consensus was that she was fine but wasn't doing anything Olivia and Billie weren't doing better.

But in 2022 she did a one-off dance track with Tiësto that did really well, and now she's been doing straight-up electronic pop and had a meteoric rise as a result. Idk if people really like the music that much, or if it's just the novelty of seeing someone self-awarely change their image so suddenly (she has lyrics lampooning her "sadgirl schtick" lol), but it seems to work for her.

 

My friends and I love Tate McRae and I think I might be only of the few on here who loves her music haha. I would love to see her live.

 

Her cowriters are a who’s who of pop music (Charlie Puth, Ryan Tedder, Finneas, Ali Temposi) and for the AP crowd, one of the members of VersaEmerge.

Her stuff is really catchy. I still get her confused with Addison Rae.
