I think I've never listen to a Drake song, although I know 2 song titles because of memes (Started From The Bottom and Hotline Bling)

I'm having a lot of trouble debating between going to Jet on 6/4 or Bloc Party & Metric. It's my 35th bday, I saw Bloc Party play that album at Riot Fest, I've never seen Jet & they haven't toured the US in 15 years. I can walk to either venue, I really need help deciding

 

Yeah it's a full festival but it's weird being headlined by the same artist as well, I can't imagine the amount of money the organisers paid to Drake for making this happen.

 

Honestly this is probably the only time Jet's going to come around here ever again, so that's probably your shot.

Long Beach is 7/26-7/27, they’ll be in Reno.

 

On the 26th they will be in Reno. They can still play the 27th as they’re off on the 28th before playing Oakland on the 29th. That being said Bad Religion doesn’t seem to fit but Dropkick looks like it can.

 

Kinda hoping that TBA date is something in MA getting announced after the Murphy’s St. Patrick’s Day shows.

 

There is a St. Louis date being announced of the Tate McRae tour on Wednesday, unsure if it is just more dates to her original tour or an entirely new leg.

 

I think it’s a venue they restored, used to be called something else. I’m surprised by some of the bookings there, both the Lauren Mayberry and Travis tours played there after playing 45 miles down the road at Webster Hall. I saw both tours at WH last week and Lauren was maybe 2/3 full at best.

 

Manic books it right? They’ve spun New Haven/Fairfield County back into a halfway stop for tours between NYC and Boston. I grew up with Webster, The Space, Oakdale, and Toad’s not getting as much stuff as College Street and Norwalk does now.

 

I assume 8/12 is a NYC Pier 17 date or sometjing

 

As someone who grew up in Fairfield County (New Canaan/Darien) would have been awesome to have these options as alternatives to taking the train into the city or schlepping to LI/NJ/Hartford
