For Warped I just hope they have a good variety and it isn't just all the new "pop punk" bands. Give me some pop punk, emo, post-hardcore, metalcore. Mix it up.

Adjacent had a great hardcore undercard with Gel, Zulu, Drug Church, candy, soul glo. Would love something similar

I’d be so shocked if any of those kinds of bands did it

Y'all will get Mayday Parade doing the same six songs and like it.

Why? All of these bands are incredibly relevant. If Warped Tour were still a touring festival today in 2025 there is a 100% chance at least three of those names would have been on the bill in a prior year...

I totally agree. Gel is a band that is purposefully trying to expose their music to a broader audience. This would be a clear win for them to get on something like this.

Gel was main stage at Riot Fest this year. Drug Church has toured with a lot of generic pop-punk bands they probably would never listen to of their own volition. Soul Glo is about to head out on tour with Jeff Rosenstock.

A lot of these bands are kinda going for it in whatever way they can. And playing a festival like this would be a great way to do that...

I just don't see this line-up dropping without at least a few of the more prominent current "hardcore" artists on the bill. Not only is the genre part of the festival's history but it's extremely popular at the moment.

A lot of those bands don’t want to be involved with anything warped tour related if I had to guess. Lot of them slam the tour when it’s brought up. Hardcore bands that is.

Warped Tour hasn't really been a thing for like, half a decade and any of the bands that were around when it was a touring thing are in a very different spot popularity-wise. And the general perspective on playing festivals has shifted, I think.

Turning down a three-week leg of a tour they'd have to do in a van, play on the smallest stage, etc. in 90 degree hit would make sense. But this is just a two-day festival appearance. It's a fully different thing than it used to be from a commitment standpoint. It's basically the same as saying "yes" to Riot Fest (which both Gel and Drug Church played this year).

With that low of a price, I fear you’re getting what you pay for. Highly doubt you’ll see headliners of note.

They could still do some cool lineups but booking 70-100 acts for a 2 day festival and only charging $150…this thing will need to branded af, that’s just not a very big budget for a festival in 2025.

The 2019 lineup had Blink 182 (with Skiba), The Offspring, A Day To Remember and 311 as headliners and a two day pass was only $125.

That $150 price tag is just for limited presale (before lineup is announced). It’ll probably jump to $250 after the lineup is out, with probably one arena level headliner

none of those bands were arena level bands tho even blink at that time

John // OC now, OH forever.

Part of me doesn't think they jump up. I'm guessing this thing sells out during the presale; at that price point, it's a lot easier to blind buy than something like Coachella.

Well it does say starting at $150. Whether that just means VIP costs more or there will be GA price tiers is yet to be known.

Maybe one off shows then. I saw them a couple times at like all standing GA venues holding like 5k or so. Either way clearly different circumstance now and tickets are cheaper now too if you factor in how much more concerts costs now
