Poor Linkin Park planning their return and it will get completely overshadowed by Oasis. What a fucking week this is gonna be.

  3. What’s the best Oasis album? Never listened to one

    SHAME!
What's the Story and Definitely Maybe are their masterpieces. Be Here Now is controversial but that's my #3, followed by Dig Out Your Soul.

imo those two are the only truly great albums and everything after has its moments but it’s very apparent the issues started taking over.

Also, not sure if this was mentioned but Mike from LP posted the countdown timer on Instagram. Top comment should also be of note…

We all agree this is going to be a stadium tour in the US and not amphitheaters?

I'd also throw The Masterplan in there under "great" since those were all b-sides from the first two albums.
Be Here Now is a masterpiece buried under a pound of cocaine.
Shoulder of Giants and Heathen Chemistry have a few good songs each but are the real duds in their catalog.
Don't Believe the Truth and Dig Out Your Soul would be near perfect if Noel didn't let the other members each write a song on them.

At the very least NYC, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, DC and Boston will all be stadiums.

Yeah this will easily do stadiums in major market

That comment is just him trolling. He definitely knows what’s going on

Oh I know, haha. Based on the info that leaked before, it didn’t seem like he was in on it, but that comment basically solidifies that he’s on board

    Things have changed.

He was shopping Mike Shinoda + Friends to Danny Wimmer and all the similar festivals last year. He's always wanted to get going again – not in a gross way, necessarily, but he was always going to keep going.

Honestly not sure re: Oasis. Oasis is popular but I think they are a bit less popular in the states. A lot of casual music fans in the US just know them as the Wonderwall band so I don't know if they're football stadium popular here. I'd say arenas at a minimum but maybe baseball stadiums?

90s nostalgia is massive rn…put Foals, Fontaines DC, and Wet Leg on the bill and it could be an awesome British Invasion type tour.

Even then I would still say arenas or baseball stadiums (not sure if that’s what the above was referring to). A lot of very popular acts here in the states don’t even play football stadiums (Foo Fighters, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga to name a few) so I struggle to see Oasis being able to fill 60,000-80,000 capacity venues.

    idk man

It's a nostalgia reunion they're gonna be printing money regardless

Yeah I meant baseball. But I could see them filling up BMO here in LA

Btw, Bonehead liked Liam’s teaser on Instagram, so I think that confirms him playing

    Fun must be always. Prestigious

    Oasis should play Disneyland

Oasis eclipsing Linkin Park this week was not on my bingo card.

btw, any rumors for who that new female singer is? And why are only 3 of the original members taking part?

It seems like it’s everyone except rob now for the lp reunion. And as for the signer Bonnie from stand Atlantic makes the most sense. I also wouldn’t mind poppy. I think she would kill it on the harder Chester screams
