Maybe I'm overestimating, but I think Oasis does Coachella and stadiums in the US. Wouldn't surprise me if Chicago was at Soldier Field. They've got everything going for them — hardcore fans who haven't seen them in 20 years (or at all), a couple hits that everybody from grandparents to young kids knows, and the narrative that the brothers will probably only do this once and might kill each other at any moment.

 

I’m honestly shocked you haven’t listened to them! They’re discography is solid, Diamond and Disobedient are stand outs.

 

I listened to what’s the story morning glory a little bit in high school. I don’t really have a whole lot of interest in oasis. But I would probably buy a ticket knowing it’s a big moment in pop culture… it would be a massive draw even for non fans like me

…but I do think if it were to happen, it’d be huge. I think they could easily do BMO in LA. Hell, I’d travel to London for it

Kele from Bloc Party absolutely despises Oasis. In fact when Oasis broke up the day of that festival, Bloc Party became the defacto headliner. He was celebrating on stage that those "inbred fucks" are no longer a band lol
