It’s a little weird for sure but the demand is definitely there. Resale for this Sunday is currently at $600+. I see this selling out pretty quickly.

John // OC now, OH forever.

It’s the Olivia Rodrigo pipeline - she’s got Dan Nigro writing for her and they’re fully behind pushing her to the moon.

I think that is how ATG is billed for Maryland, minus MUNA not being on this year’s fest. I could be wrong, but I feel like Julien Baker’s most recent solo stuff never really got the same buzz as Lucy’s did, so might be harder to say how much of a smash her next solo phase will be (obviously bigger, but maybe not Punisher/the record)

I know he’s a hot name right now, but is he seriously that big? Is he really big enough to headline that venue on such short notice?

Isn't the LA Coliseum a dump or have they renovated it recently/

The numbers of people in the ticketmaster queue for the SF shows would say he can def fill it. He’s also headlining Bonnaroo that weekend.

I doubt there's that much drama to this. Live Nation probably offered them a big guarantee which then dictated they play arenas to recoup the cost the act. Tickets didn't sell as planned and the promoters didn't want the act to be embarrassed. Additionally, I'm sure they lost a whole lot of $ from insurance as I don't think you can book an arena and then just be like "oh, just kidding, we're not playing" without any sort of penalty.
