Terror feels oddly out of place on this

 

I do remember that OM&M tour doing REALLY well in most spots. The All Stars tour though… not as good. Lots of people left before ETID which was nuts cus they did Hot Damn in full.

 

I was at that rib cook off. Fun show

 

Korn/The Used at a casino in Hammond, Indiana. The year was 2009 and the show was 21+. Both bands at a weird point in their career. Maybe 50 people there for The Used. When Korn came on maybe 400. The cap is 3,300. It was weird and embarrassing for everyone. The tickets were free.

I once went to a double booked show of The Wonder Years/Living With Lions along with Dr.Manhattan and some other local bands playing in a suburb of Chicago in 2009? The bands debated who would headline. What happened because of in/out privileges each band performed to their fan base of 5 people each. I loved all 3 at the time so it was heaven for me.

 

Crazy to see how both Korn and The Used righted the ship and are both very popular again.

 

I saw Raekwon perform Only Built 4 Cuban Linx in front of less than a dozen people

 

Superchunk/Fucked Up dates rolling out. A small handful have shown up on their website

 

Eh I wouldn't have questioned a ETID/Terror/SFTP/IWABO tour back in 2013. Would have seemed pretty par for the course. If anything I found it weirder seeing them on The Black Dahlia Murder tour this year. Like it makes sense when you consider both bands go back to probably playing VFW halls together back in the day, but still very weird to see them on a very death metal bill with them being the only hardcore act.

 

Most of the nofx la shows have sold out. I feel vindicated by my impulse, go for it, purchase.

 

Noticed this final tour shirt NOFX are selling. Looks like there are 7 cities left to announce

I like that the whole tagline is 40 cities etc and yet the back of the shirt implies there will be 45 lol

 

Also it is 40 years but then the years on the back add up to 41. Lol.

I had to look for myself to see that this was really sponsored by the AARP. That is hilarious that it truly is.

100% plan to add second shows. Stones are all about the check, no way they are paying a road crew to just sit around all week.

 

Yeah, All Stars 2013 was crazy. A bunch of people left after Terror and then a bunch of other people left after Chelsea Grin. ETID played Hot Damn in full and I was one of the literal only people moshing. A travesty.

 

Seems on brand for them lol
