    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

Are they playing it in full or just celebrating the anniversary

There is always a reason to celebrate that album as we all need some pure uncut rock from time to time but, no, they are not playing it in full to the best of my knowledge.

EDIT: I just got the joke, having a slow day. "Celebrating" of course.

On a serious note, a tour that would make a ton of sense is Rise Against/The Gaslight Anthem with like, special guests, Spanish Love Songs.

    Things have changed.

The tour wayyyyyy back where 59 Sound-era Gaslight opened for Rise Against was very fun. Also had Alk3 and Thrice!

  6. Yes, but I also want to see SLS headline so they can play as much of their new album as possible.

Not sure if it’s fully confirmed and locked in but there’s a really fun SLS spring tour. I believe it’s a co headline but don’t quote me on it. Will share more once I know more

We should all reminisce about tours that infamously shit the bed in terms of ticket sales and/or playing rooms they had no business playing. The most obvious one that comes to mind is both the upcoming Thirty Seconds To Mars tour and the one in 2018. I also remember the Panic At The Disco/Dashboard Confessional tour struggling in 2008.

Not a tour, but Zebrahead headlining the Anaheim House Of Blues a few years back comes to mind. Tickets were literally free and it didn’t sell out

Fun Zebrahead story, in 2004? I went to see them in Philly, it was the same night as Blink 182/ No Doubt less than ten mins away. There were 8 people there, yes 8 people and me and my group of friends were four of them, they abandoned the setlist and let each of us pick a song. It was weird, bonkers, but they played like there was 1000 people there.

Some of the least attended shows I’ve ever been to:

The Early November - 2012 reunion show at House of Blues Cleveland. I feel like pretty much 50-60% of the venue left after (I believe) The Wonder Years played.

Can’t recall which year, but one of the Yellowcard shows at House of Blues Cleveland - probably 2011 or 2012.

Thursday reunion tour in 2017 (?) at House of Blues Cleveland

But what takes the cake is when Taking Back Sunday played a Rib Cook Off at Nautica in Cleveland in 2014. It’s a 5,000 cap venue and *maybe* 500 people were there. Since it’s a rib cook-off, most tickets were only $8, but pit were $50. So during the show the pit was so empty that Adam basically told fans to bumrush the pit all at once and nobody would stop them, so pretty much everyone did.

Oh shit, I should add, seeing Silverstein in 2003 at Pirates Cove in Cleveland. Literally less than 10 people, but I mean, nobody knew who they were back then and that venue probably only held 100 people max anyway

they made several jokes about it. “I guess no one checked the concert calendar.” “We really appreciate you guys being here, like really really appreciate cause you choose us over the blink show.”

Continuing the topic, Warped Tour 2017 comes to mind.

Never did I think I’d easily be able to walk up and get barricade for Hatebreed, all while not even being touched by the pit

Taste Of Chaos 09 with Thursday headlining over Bring Me The Horizon. The crowd CLEARED OUT after BMTH.

    Since '06

Seen a lot of awkwardly empty shows - none recently.

Pre pandemic TEN and The Movielife were probably at their lowest popularity in their careers, and I saw them separately at a venue that brought in a curtain to half the room.

Other empty shows include early Portugal, the Man; Hidden in Plain View... blanking for now
