I'm not sure how likely or unlikely this is, but I wonder if they might do a co-headliner?

If nothing else, I'm already crossing my fingers for HWM to be direct support at Stoked For The Summer!

 

That seems 100% logical (stoked for the summer) and I’m definitely going next year!

 

Went to see Gouge Away and Culture Abuse tonight. A few songs into Culture Abuse's set the singer stopped and noticed a woman on the ground. She'd been knocked out by crowd surfers and an ambulance had to be called. Think twice before you jump on people's heads.

 

Where'd you hear BMTH is on that?

 

Good friend of mine used to run press, and media for the electric factory, raven lounge and do some stuff with Ardmore music hall. We were talking about it yesterday and he mentioned specifically it was strange considering they usually announce it in time for Xmas and Disturbed is here in February.

 

They were rumoured to be on the upcoming BMTH tour...

 

They have tour dates the same time so it's not that

 

Underoath just announced a benefit show in Dallas.

 

No show on a Friday (Feb. 8) looks VERY suspicious.

 

So like, this anberlin show with underoath is definitely a one off? No anberlin reunion tour?

 

I don’t think they’ve decided yet. A friend of mine who had known about this show for awhile says that they’re going to see how it goes and go from there.

 

Honestly me being selfish I hope it’s just one a off. I feel like Tampa doesn’t really get anything special lol

 

I went last night. There were about 75 people there. It was a good time even as someone who isn't a huge fan of the band. They played 9 acoustic songs after some roasting by one of their non-bandmates. The roasting was legit funny. There weren't as many stories as I'd hoped. Ronnie interacted with the crowd well. Lasted about 75 minutes total.

 

Ugh, that roast is the same night as John Nolan (in the same venue, at the same time) here. Hopefully they have two different lines.

 

seems missable for me then. i was hoping there would be more old songs that were in full band version and that the crowd would interact for. thank you for the review!
