Checking in to say I haven't been visiting this thread because it's depressing right now. I hope everyone is holding up okay.

I live about 15 minutes away from there. They expanded their place and opened a new music hall in the back, it's pretty big.

 

my band opened for the Kottonmouth Kings there and the new venue is obnoxiously large and not needed for a suburban venue. Also yes, we opened for the Kottonmouth Kings to troll but it honestly ended up being a great time and went off great.

 

I've had identical experiences with other bands in that genre, & I came out realizing I was a pretentious asshole & that those shows are pretty fun

 

Are you talking about the show with Discrepancies about a year ago? I almost went to that one.

Did Bert McCracken just leak blink-182's summer tour with the Used?

 

They have listed other dates as well.

Probably. The Milwaukee Summerfest date (previously 6/28) with blink-182 and The Used was moved to September.

Got an email from Ticketmaster about the Asking Alexandria tour being postponed. An announcement from the band should come soon then

 

Infinitely upset that all of these are getting cancelled, but not hating the refunds on tickets during these desperate financial times, I'll say that.

 

did they give you a new date?

 

If RATM will just reschedule their tour and add a Dallas date, then it will be the perfect silver lining to all of this.

Per the comment mentioning refunds up there, curious as to how other people are being compensated for cancelled/postponed shows. A venue here in Denver has been giving gift cards to future shows at the venue with no option for a refund.

 

The shows that I have tickets to are being postponed and waiting on new dates...no refunds have been given for those.

 

Postponements have all been "your old tickets are still valid," where some tours that just got straight-up cancelled issued refunds (Citizen, The Acacia Strain) that popped up on my card in about 5 business days.

 

Thankfully none of my shows got straight up cancelled as of now
