Thursday appears to be teasing a mini California tour. Must be to coincide with their opening slot for MCR

They are supposedly playing a show the day before opening for MCR at The Roxy, and ALLEGEDLY (this is unconfirmed and was reported in the MCR thread), MCR are opening the show (as a warm up set to The Shrine show).

Those venues can’t be real... has DGD spiked in popularity again recently or something?

Dance Gavin Dance is bigger than they’ve ever been. Won’t be surprised if they sell these venues out too.

this might be an insane comparison but DGD sort of strikes me like the grateful dead/bassnectar of that scene

Wow that is truly surprising to me, but good for them! I'll have to give their newer stuff a listen.

if they're headlining the local 5000 cap the least they can do is play more than 50 minutes

not familiar with dgd, can someone give me some of their well known songs to look up

“Damn son, where’d you find this?”

I knew that DGD has had a cult following for a while, but wasn’t aware they could fill an almost 4,000 cap venue in LA

“Damn son, where’d you find this?”

In their defense, it’s only a third leg of a handful of dates that didn’t get a show from the last two legs
